I've not been tested but I assume I probably have one. Going off to by Dr. K's book later today, time permitting.

I've been taking probiotics off and on for ages, when I can remember to do so; will have to be making a more concerted effort to do so now I'm diagnosed with the Hashimoto's. I also make my own yogurt and sauerkraut, and once I find a source for organic soup bones I'm hoping to make more bone broths.
