Did you have a chance to try LDN? I read about it in several places and it seems like it could actually help!
I am planning to ask my doctor about it and was hoping to hear if anybody else with Hashimoto tried it and is willing to share their experience.

I'm sorry, Orna, I haven't tried it. But I'm so glad you posted because, frankly, I had forgotten all about this article. It has prompted me to look into it again.
 
Maybe someone else here has experience (with LDN) that they could share???

There are so many ways to approach Hashi's - it's almost overwhelming but then, that's why this forum is here.

So - I've been taking LDN for almost six months now and I definitely feel that it helps!
I strongly recommand anybody that feels the effects of Hashimoto to give it a try.

Thank you so much for updated us! Question - have you kept track of any test results (like antibodies especially) while on this LDN? Also, what symptoms has it helped with?

This is good news. How long is a person supposed to keep taking it?

Are you gluten free at the moment? Any other changes to your diet?
