Hi Everyone,

I've been doing well losing weight up until a week ago, when the scale shifted north again. One of the problems I see in my continuing to lose weight, is not having an abundance of energy condusive to a lot of advanced meal planning. Part of my problem is multiple meals at the same sitting. I eat one thing, everybody else eats differently, and you guessed it - I'm the cook. I'm only up 3 1/2 pounds, so not the end of the world, but would like to see those numbers going in a southerly direction again. Do any of you eat differently from the rest of the family?  How do you handle the extra work involved while preventing a laps into hashi's fatigue.  Some of this may be due to tapering off from my walking schedule , since the big day is next Sunday, (not as many endorphines running around),  but overall I'm starting to dread the double meal thing, but don't want to slip back into unhealthy eating again either. Anybody else in a similar circumstance?  How do you deal with it???
